What are the shipping costs and where do you ship to?
We ship your order securely with DHL within Germany and throughout the entire European Union (EU). For orders over âŹ50, shipping is completely free for you! If the value is below that, we only charge a fair flat rate of âŹ4.99.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We're moving fast so you can install your setup quickly! Within Germany, delivery time is usually only 1 to 2 business days (for packages under 31.5 kg). Deliveries to other EU countries typically take a short 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will, of course, receive a tracking link.
What payment methods do I have in the shop?
You can pay for your purchase with us conveniently and securely. Simply choose your preferred method:

How do I return an item?
Should something not fit, please contact our customer service briefly beforehand so that we can confirm your return. Please then pack the goods in their original, saleable condition, enclose the completed Carhifi.shop returns form and send the package to our returns address (OnPeak GmbH, Georg-Quincke-StraĂe 3, 15236 Frankfurt (Oder)).
Will I have to pay additional taxes or customs duties for deliveries to other EU countries?
No, there are no hidden costs. As we only ship within the EU, no customs duties apply. Our shop prices already include the statutory VAT. Thanks to our system, the correct local tax rate for your specific EU country is automatically calculated at checkout, so you are always on the safe side.
