The Hertz MLK 1650.3 Legend is a 165 mm 2-way front system designed for control, dynamics, and precision in the vehicle. At its heart is the MLCX 2 TW.3 crossover: It enables true bi-amping, allowing you to amplify woofer and tweeter separately. The integrated contour controller allows the crossover frequency to be adjusted to the acoustic conditions in the vehicle.
With 150 W RMS power handling, 4-ohm system impedance, and 92 dB sensitivity, the set delivers high sound pressure with clean reproduction. The extended frequency response of 40 Hz to 25 kHz fully covers the front. Large voice coils (36 mm on the woofer, 28 mm on the tweeter) and a 35 mm tweeter diaphragm ensure thermal stability and detail resolution even at high levels.
