Audison Thesis HV venti - 2-Channel Power Amplifier in Dual‑Mono with High Current Reserve

The Audison Thesis HV venti is a 2‑channel amplifier designed for uncompromising signal purity and performance. Its dual‑mono architecture with four Synchro‑PWM power supplies, a MOSFET‑/BJT‑hybrid output stage with IGBT technology, and a Class A preamplifier form the basis for controlled drive and high dynamics – even with low-impedance loads. You get a power amplifier that consistently uses discrete components and offers symmetrical signal handling.

Technical Highlights

  • Dual‑Mono Design: Four Synchro‑PWM power supplies for fast transient response and maximum channel separation.
  • MOSFET‑BJT‑Hybrid: Discrete IGBT topology with two Hitachi‑DMOS stages as drivers for complementary Sanken Power‑BJTs (30 A peak, 200 W power dissipation each).
  • Class‑A Preamplifier and Drivers: Symmetrical design up to the driver outputs, dedicated 90‑V power supply per channel, separate 150‑V power supply, thermally stabilized.
  • Input Stages: Symmetrical input with JFET‑differential (first stage) and complementary BJT‑differential (second stage); Cascode‑voltage amplifier with buffer.
  • Signal routing via relays, completely discrete components, separate power supply board for interference reduction.
  • "Dual Power" for switching between Hi‑Current and Hi‑Power; "Bias Selector" for adjusting the Class‑A proportion.
  • Integrated crossover module and 5‑mm aluminum housing with side cooling channels.

Installation & Compatibility

The Thesis HV venti operates as a 2‑channel power amplifier or bridged as a mono amplifier into 4 Ω. Thanks to high‑ and low‑level inputs, it can be integrated into both factory and aftermarket systems. The Pre‑Outs simplify the setup of larger systems. With 100‑A fusing and a 11–16 V vehicle electrical system range, the power supply is clearly defined. The external/supplied crossover module provides fixed crossover frequencies (45/55/65/80 Hz) – stereo with 12 dB/Oct., mono with 24 dB/Oct. "Dual Power" allows you to adjust the operation to current or power requirements, while the "Bias Selector" controls the Class‑A proportion for your setup. The compact dimensions of 510 × 85 × 280 mm facilitate placement in the vehicle.
